- Abaya.pk/Zivni.com are looking for a dedicated and reliable Inventory Manager.
- Your chief goals in this position will be to monitor and report on our company’s inventory levels.
- You will be responsible for developing inventory tracking systems, reviewing levels of supplies, ordering new materials, and performing a daily analysis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing warehouse operations in a way that best suits the company's vision and policies.
- Controlling and verifying the inventory levels by conducting regular physical counts and reconciling with the data system.
- Evaluate new inventory to ensure it’s ready for shipment.
- Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.
- Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.
- Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels.
- Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
- Order new supplies to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of accident investigation and safety communication.
- Coordinate with suppliers and merchants on inventory planning and flow strategies, vendor requirements and contingency planning.
- Working directly with the Purchasing department to ensure proper stocking levels are maintained.
- Processing returned goods and ensure all return processes are completed correctly and efficiently.
- Establish measured daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs though reports.
Ideal Candidate profile must be having:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in business/logistics/supply chain management or similar)
- Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role in textile industry.
- Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques.
- Analytical mind with strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
