Looking for the profiles for the position of Head of project manger, with having at least 7years or above of experience within the same domain.
- Head of PMO is responsible for coaching and mentoring to the current and future leaders within the team, proactively identify individual training needs, conduct performance reviews and maintain a healthy team culture
- Help Technical Analyst, Technical Project Manager and Sr. Technical Project Managers in the intradepartmental issues
- Review regular status reporting to all levels of the PMO Team
- Recruit and develop Project Management resources
- Set the project priorities
- Track and provide project status
- Manage technological programs, defining milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, and successful on-time delivery
- Ensure efficient change control methods and processes are utilized
- Work with CEO to assess Project features and design solutions to meet the requirements
- Keep the higher management up to date with the project overall positions with weekly and monthly status reports Requirements & Preferences:
- MS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
- Prior experience in Payment and Financial Industry
- 7+ years of experience in Project Management
- Good understanding of management frameworks and tools in the delivery of business objectives
- Knows ins and outs of Project management methodologies
- Having a robust knowledge about Team, Resource, Time, Risk, Cost, and Communication Management.
- Always on top of Organizational Goals and Need with its execution and implementation.
- Ability to be flexible by adapting quickly to changing priorities
