Responsibilities:
- Trains personnel in the requirements of ISO and customer quality systems
- Schedules and manages internal audit process
- Works with internal auditors to ensure productive internal quality audits
- Responsible for the supervision of Quality Technicians in the area of receiving inspection.
- Maintaining and updating Company Quality Management System
- Managing the calibration process.
- Preparation of documentation of ISO and other regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of PTC.

SG has now NIMH charging satation to charge NIMH batteries regularly. SG supplied their blades and handles in adult and pediatric sets or individually by using high quality packaging. SG produce excellent products through fine workmanship and superior quality materials,there is no choice in our system to produce cheap quality instruments . All of our blades and handles are compatible to ISO 7376. SG is doing their business under CE ISO9001,ISO 13485 standards and also approved by FDA
