'SGC' a leading company in Outdoor and In-store Media Solutions is looking for 'Sr. Field Services Engineer's. The (SFSE) will be responsible for meeting the daily service maintenance and repair needs of the customer’s equipment. Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers as well as performing necessary administrative duties as required and other duties as assigned.
Job Description:
- Resolves customers' query upon their request.
- Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.
- Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.
- Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times.
- Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
- Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.
- Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.
- Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.
- Provide and plan onsite scheduled installation, preventative maintenance, compliance qualification services, repairs to customers.
- Identify process, structure or operational improvement areas, discuss and implement solutions to address these with the Support Services Coordinator
