SGC a leading company in Outdoor and In-store Media Solutions is looking for a Warehouse Officer preferably with supply chain background. The incumbent shall be young, energetic, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. The responsibilities will include:
- Receiving stock information and assisting Incharge Warehouse in supervising warehouse activities.
- Be present at the time of physical stock checking.
- Upon receiving the stock issuance form by the Incharge Procurement, maintain a Warehouse stock register with complete details of all incoming stocks.
- Prepare a Goods Receipt Note (GRN) against stocks received and send the GRN to In-Charge Procurement after signing.
- Ensure proper handling and stacking of stock according to company standards.
- Maintain proper stock registers of opening, closing & return stocks on weekly basis.
- Prepare and send weekly stock (in & out) report to Incharge Warehouse.
- Fortnightly tally the stock ledgers of main warehouse with manual warehouse register and daily tally the ledgers of H.O. Warehouse.
- Physically verify stock of Lahore warehouses on monthly basis & of branches on Quarterly basis.
- Ensure cleanliness of main warehouse round the clock.
- Ensure Compliance to Safety, Health & environment regulations / requirements.
- “No Smoking” rule should be strictly observed in the warehouse.
- Prepare a Monthly Product wise Top Buyer report and Submit to Incharge Warehouse.
- Any other tasks assigned by seniors.
