- Works directly under a Manager for deputing order processing tasks
- Prepares Indents/PO's/ Shipping/payment documents
- Checks customer account for credit and outstanding payments
- Informs customer of shipping date and any possible delays
- Notifies appropriate department of order and shipping date
- Reviews orders for accuracy and completion
- Files copies as well as manual entries to be completed side by side
- Works with the Manager on new Sales lead
- Order and data processing
- Customer servicing and liaison
- Incoming and outgoing enquiries and communications.
