Job Description

Required Assistant Administration / Driver at our Head Office in DHA Lahore

Main Responsibilities are:

Must have LTV driving license holder.
Assist Manager Admin in rutine admin tasks
Coordinating and managing housekeeping of premisses
To coordinate in maintaining monthly stationery requirements of all employees.
To assist in mess activities and ensure that lunch is ready in time. To maintain mess attendance.
To instruct and train janitorial and kitchen staff to provide better services to the employees.
To handle all complaints/issues efficiently regarding gas, water, electricity, telephones, mobiles, faxes, telephone exchange and inform Admin Manager timely.
