- Prepare Journal vouchers and entries in software
- Complete general leger operations
- Assist in monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
- Prepare analysis or reconciliation of ledger accounts as requested
- Assist with monthly or year-end closings
- Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts
- Payroll administration complete.
- Monitor and resolve bank issues and check differences with account / bank reconciliations
- Review and process expense reports
