1. Assist top management in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization’s mission and help execute staff succession and growth plans.
  2. Train the accounts and finance unit and other staff on raising awareness and knowledge of financial management matters.
  3. Work with CEO in strategic vision including fostering and cultivating stakeholder relationships on organizational level.
  4. Participating in developing in new business, specifically, assist the CEO in identifying new funding opportunities, drafting of perspective programmatic budgets and determining cost effectiveness of perspective service delivery.
  5. Assess the benefits of all the perspective business flows and advise the Executive Team on programmatic design and implementation matters.
  6. Ensure adequate controls are installed and that substantiating documentation is provided and available such that all purchases may pass independent audits.
  7. Interpreting legislative and programmatic rules and regulations to ensure compliance with all legal guidelines.
  8. Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including organizational revenue/ expense and balance sheet reports, reports to management, development and monitoring of organizational budgets.
  9. Oversee all payroll activity for staff and participants.
  10. Develop and maintain the system of internal control to safeguard financial assets of the organization and preparation of the annual financial statements is in accordance with GAAP, Federal, provisional and other required supplementary schedules and information.
  11. Monitor banking activities of the organization.
  12. Deal with legislative authorities in matter like taxation and corporate affairs including personal tax matters of the Directors. 
  13. Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable and ensure a disaster recovery plans are in place.
  14. Oversee the maintenance of inventory of all fixed and current assets assuring all are in accordance with rule and regulations.
  15. Performing his roles in implementation and operations of ERP.
  16. Any other relevant task as assigned by the Management.
