- Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues.
- Evaluates bulk fabric submits against established standards for appearance, hand feel, weight and color.
- Maintains complete and accurate approval records and approves product care instructions.
- Check quality of yarn and fabric.
- Evaluate Lab dips, GSM, width, end-pick, selvedge writing as per given requirement.
- Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation.
- Weekly Fabric report & daily Fabric report submit to Management.
- Ensure all standards are met.
- Communicate with external quality assurance officers/QC during on-site inspections.
- Supports product development, inventory planning, logistics, QA and other departments as needed
