- Installing configuring computer hardware and soft wares in all locations of organization.
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrade/ Data Backup.
- Provide technical support to Remote Users located at factory/ warehouse/ outlets
- Analyze equipment performance records in order to evaluate and/ or recommend determine the need for repair or replacement for users.
- Maintaining security cameras and handle to the online devices at all location of organization.
- Visit (need base) to designated locations for smooth working of user under network.
- Visit to local market as per requirement of purchasing.
- Maintain technical issues of Bio-Matric attendance machine, Telephone exchange, copier and printers at all locations.
- Draw network diagrams for smooth working of IT Operations.
- Support users to working on production software (SAP/ERP/Candela/Pinnacle Software) with liaison of software house.
