Men's Brand Dynasty require an experienced Made to Measure Specialist( Menswear)
- Responsible for the building a detail understanding of each customer requirement and preferences on men’s tailoring
- Deliver the highest level of customer service and offer an exceptional one-to-one experience ensuring the customer comes first.
- Responsible for leading the initial measurement and fitting of the customer and give recommendation of adjustments as needed
- Responsible to assist the customer with the selection of fabric and options.
- Show up-to-date knowledge of MtM services
- Being able to achieve individual and store targets
- Work productively within a team and also being able to work as an individual in control of the store and customers
- Maintain visual merchandising and shop standards to a high end - including assisting with deliveries, stock room and shop floor organization.
