- To assist Manager Production for the production of grey fabric at conversion units and outright purchase.
- Frequent visits at weaving units for sampling and production where orders are placed.
- Planning for the new loom and control the current looms production and get stock and loom details daily basis.
- To prepare 1st meter Inspection Card and sample.
- To get details of every movement of yarn and fabric from vendors and issuance of gate passes if going from outside vendor to any other vendor.
- To oversee lab dipping of new samples.
- To discuss with Marketing team and dispatch 1st 50/100 meter to any dying unit for physical verification of goods to avoid and check about contamination or polylines etc.
- Calculation of bags and number of threads and its repeats for the new contracts.
- To give requirements of yarn to procurement department.
- To inspect production samples.
- To make production samples cards and mention all the necessary details on it.
- New development by using different weft yarn on existing qualities.
