To enter sales orders in ERP software and update booking status on regular basis.
Arrange and send invoices to marketing department daily.
Coordinate with Assist Marketing Manager and warehouse for sampling.
Assist Marketing Manager in customer handling
Update North and South party’s files on regular basis.
Prepare local sales contracts and local sales schedule.
Prepare local sales purchase contracts and local purchase schedule.
Close liaison with warehouse on stock report management.
