- Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
- Keeping stock control system up-to-date
- Responsible to carry out physical audit of store stock.
- Planning, organizing and controlling of stores over-all operations.
- Issue Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, goods age report, consumption report.
- Improvement & development of warehouse.
- Promote constant motivation among staff to strive for an efficient and effective store administration.
- Maintaining accurate and verifiable stocks.
- Responsible for future capacity requirements,
- Issuance/dispatch of stock as per SOP.
- Handle and monitor obsolete/inventory disposals.
- And carry out all activities and function as directed by the senior management.
