Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
Keeping stock control system up-to-date
Responsible to carry out physical audit of store stock.
Planning, organizing and controlling of stores over-all operations.
Issue Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, goods age report, consumption report.
Improvement & development of warehouse.
Promote constant motivation among staff to strive for an efficient and effective store administration.
Maintaining accurate and verifiable stocks.
Responsible for future capacity requirements,
Issuance/dispatch of stock as per SOP.
Handle and monitor obsolete/inventory disposals.
And carry out all activities and function as directed by the senior management.
