- To create a MIS culture in the organization by introducing latest MIS technology/ practices.
- To coordinate with management in decision making for hardware as and when required in connection with MIS development.
- To modify the present software monitoring system & implement the programming schedule for compliance with documentation.
- To initiate training programs that meet the standard devised for AX development.
- To coordinate with local/ export sales and marketing departments to update/ change the company website.
- To identify need of software development in the critical areas to update and modernize information system.
- To schedule database backup of AX system.
- To ensure the technical competence of support staff by hiring and providing adequate technical training and exposure to ensure proficiency.
- To prepare/ maintain adequate IT manuals, instructions to ensure work is properly planned, supervised, reviewed and documented.
- To organize recommendations for Executive Director for improvement in the related areas.
