Assistant Manager H.R & Admin required to perform the following functions
⦁ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
⦁ Manage the recruitment and selection process and induction process.
⦁ Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
⦁ Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
⦁ Nurture a positive working environment and ensure employee satisfaction through employee engagement activities.
⦁ Oversee and manage a performance Management system that drives high performance
⦁ Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs for the Head office and factory.
⦁ Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
⦁ Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
⦁ Proven track record in HR field.
⦁ Must have knowledge about OD & ISO 9001-2015
⦁ Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy and Retention policy.
⦁ Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications as and when required.
⦁ Responsible for administering payroll and leaves, insurance, communication, and other administrative tasks.
⦁ Develops, advises on and contributes to the overall program strategy and policymaking by advising the senior management team.
⦁ Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
⦁ Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc) and software payroll.
⦁ Successfully executes an effective and efficient Human Resource framework throughout the company, to managers and employees to ensure that the organization employees’ staff in terms of the right balance of skills and talent.
⦁ Provide a pro-active support service and advice on a full range of Human Resources issues.
⦁ Prior experience preferred in Building Material firm and understanding of the recruitment needs of this sector.
⦁ Prior expereince at a manufacturing facility will be preferred and must have understanding of labor laws.
⦁ Should be MBA in H.R from reputable Institution
