- Carrying out market research in all 3 sectors (Retail, Public, Private) in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends and lead generation.
- Meeting with clients, Architects and consultant’s for relation building and creating leads.
- Coordination with sales team on daily basis in order to maintain an effective marketing plan.
- Developing and executing the yearly activity plan in line with marketing strategies.
- Managing relations with local third parties: creative, media, BTL & PR agencies
- Plan and Organize exhibitions, trade shows, and major events nationwide and report on ROI, Leads and effectiveness.
- Supervising advertising, fascia and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding·
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Should have creative and out of the box thinking approach.
- Should have prior knowledge of trends and marketing approach applicable for Construction/building material industry.
