Shaheen Adventures Pakistan is looking for an expereinced and highly driven Business Development professional. Your job as a business development manager is to identify new projects, pitch services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
The job will involve:
• Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
• Planning and preparing presentations
• Communicating and marketing services to prospective clients
• Writing reports
• Providing management with feedback
Job Requirements:
As a business development manager, you must be highly energetic and passionate individual with a positive and highly motivated 'can do' attitude. You must possess excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as presentation abilities.
Specific Qualifications for Business Development position:
• Proven professional sales experience in a Business to Business environment
• Proven experience of working on Upwork and Freelancer
• Good business sense
• A deep understanding of marketing principles
• Good communication skills
• Negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Technical Knowledge will be a plus

First named as “ Shaheen Gliding Club”, the company was founded in April 2010, with an aim to promote Paragliding in the country. The then prevailing myth “ Paragliding is Only for Elite Class ” was successfully shattered within a short span, when this sport was made accessible to commoners both in terms of price and training duration. Besides Solo Paragliding, Tandem Paragliding was also introduced for the first time in the country to let kids enjoy the taste of free flying. In 2012, company was renamed as “ Shaheen Adventures Pakistan” and grand efforts were launched to introduce water sports and ground adventures at Khanpur Lake, which started attracting large number of adventure enthusiasts and tourists to the lake. In 2013, Lake View Resort, which is country’s only adventure sports resort at the moment, was made opened for public and currently; it serves as our operational base. In 2014, a shooting arena was built at Lake View Resort and with this, Shaheen Adventures Pakistan became the only club, offering 25 various sports for its fans. Today, we can proudly look back to our 06 years long journey full of professionalism, innovation and expansion with a solid commitment of bringing more attractions for our valued customers in coming future. Till to date, more than 60000 persons of all age groups and belonging to all walks of life have realized their adventure dreams with us.
