Job Objective:
Overall responsibility of a designated area to improve the sales and the relationship with the channel
Job Responsibilities:
- Achievement of new customer acquisition Sales target on monthly/quarterly/yearly.
- Achievement targets on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
- Increase in retail penetration.
- Stock Management
- RSO management and ensuring their market visits.
- Overall franchise management , their receivable through franchise visits
Key Performance Indicator:
- Overall target achievement.
- Market analysis, feedback and improvement in sales channel
Skill Set Required:
- Strong working knowledge about cosmetic industry, trends, and strong analytical skills
- Good communication and management skills
- Excellent relationship building skills and ability to influence at all levels
