• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of M&P’s product and service.
  • Keep track of competitor products, services and market rates.
  • Explore and increase share of company’s business in the Market.
  • Generate sales pipeline in the SME Market.
  • Maintain strong database of customer information and periodically update the same in system.
  • Prioritize business development through new and lost customers.
  • Retaining existing client base and onboard lost business.
  • Educate customers about M&P products and grow business by deepening and cross selling.
  • Ensure timely invoice submission to customers.
  • Follow-up and recover invoice amount as per Agreed payment terms.
  • Follow-up on Sales Leads identified in customer calls and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
