We are looking for an individual to work with us to first develop and then head our HR Department. Responsibilities in the beggining willl be to create JDs, KPIs, Evaluation Metrics, Performance Based Bonus Structure, and other HR Policies. Then it will be their job to implement and monitor them along.
Other Details:
1. Developing policy, directs and coordinates human resource activities such as employment compensations, employee relations, benefits , training.
2. Analyzing monthly attendance and payroll sheets.
3. Writing directives advising department heads regarding company policies , compensations , employee benefits
4. Develop and maintain a human resource system that meet top management information needs.
5. Recruit , interview , tests, and select employees to fill vacant positions.
6. Plan and conduct new employee orientations to foster positive attitude towards company goals.
7. Keep records of benefit plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance review, terminations and employee statistics.
8. Advise departmental heads in appropriate resolution of employee relation issues.
9. Administration of benefit programs such as health,sick leaves,absence and employee assistance.
10. Investigate accidents and prepare reports for insurance carrier.
11. Prepare budgets of human resource operations of the company.
12. Prepare reports and recommend procedures to enhance employee retention.
13. Provides management directions and counseling.
