• Maintain Executive’s agenda, schedule & arrange meetings, conferences etc and keep minutes.
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
  • Must have the ability to manage effective record keeping.
  • Handle & prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (email, letters etc).
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring that they remain secure.
  • Prepare routine & advanced correspondence including letters, memorandum & reports.
  • Manage travel arrangements for Chief Executive & its schedule.
  • Greet and receive visitors.
  • Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the Chief Executive and Internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain creditability, trust & support with senior Management.
  • Any other task assigned by Chief Executive.
  • Proficiency in MS Office i.e (Word, Power Point, Excel & Outlook).
  • Excellent Organizational & Time Management skills.
  • Excellent Communication & Negotiation abilities with confident personality.
