Major Job responsibilities are:
- Prepare and deposit monthly withholding income tax challans under various sections of Income Tax ordinance 2001 through for portal;
- Prepare and submit withholding Income Tax statements as before due date on a quarterly basis on lris;
- Prepare and submit monthly annexure C of sales tax returns on STIUVE;
- Prepare and submit monthly sales tax returns of four Provinces or the Pakistan;
- Deposit sales Tax liabilities and submit sales tax returns as on or before the due date;
- Prepare and deposit employees old-age benefits institutions (EOBI) challan on monthly basis;
- Prepare and deposit challan Punjab Employees Social Security Institution (PESSI) on monthly basis;
- Preparing the annual financial statement of the entity;
- Preparing financial statements of the entity on monthly basis;
- Preparing and updating accounting records of the entity on monthly basis via customized accounting software;
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation statements on weekly basis;
- Prepare aging report regarding receivables on monthly basis;
- Prepare and update sales and purchase register on daily basis;
- Prepare and update fixed assets register as on daily basis;
- Prepare and update petty cash sheet as on daily basis; MAJOR ASSIGNMENTS HANDLED DURING JOB:
- Preparation and finalization of financial statements for 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019;received unqualified audit reports 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 from PWC (CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS FIRM);
Preparation and submission of annual income tax returns for 2015, 2016, 2017,2018 and 2019 also submit Financial statements to SECP as on due date.;
