In this leadership role at Shams & Brothers, the Head of HR & Administration will collaborate closely with executive management to design and implement HR initiatives that align with the companys business goals. The candidate is expected to be an excellent communicator with strong leadership presence and problem-solving capabilities, able to foster a positive workplace culture and resolve employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion. Managing the daily HR and administrative operations, this individual ensures the smooth functioning of payroll administration, benefits delivery, and system management while continuously improving policies to meet evolving organizational needs. The role demands a hands-on approach to both strategic planning and operational execution, extending critical support in talent management and compliance to facilitate sustained organizational success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies aligned with Shams & Brothers business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead end-to-end performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews, and continuous feedback mechanisms.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs ensuring competitiveness and fairness across the organization.
  • Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure timely and accurate delivery to employees.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant labor laws and regulatory compliance standards within Pakistan.
  • Drive initiatives that foster employee engagement, development, and retention to build a motivated and productive workforce.
  • Supervise the maintenance and optimization of HR information systems and employee records.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team member, developing their skills and capabilities to deliver departmental goals.
  • Facilitate organizational change management and promote a positive workplace culture through effective communication and leadership practices.
  • Handle employee relations matters impartially and confidentially, resolving issues promptly and constructively.
  • Collaborate with senior management to plan and execute workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Lead policy development, review, and updates ensuring alignment with business changes and compliance needs.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to support employee skill enhancement and career progression.
  • Manage administrative functions tied to HR efficiently, maintaining order and compliance within the administrative processes.
