Position responsibilities include:
- AM Maintenance shall be responsible for keeping the plants in running condition at all the times. He will be provided with necessary means and resources for this job.
- He/She will be responsible for maintaining Shams’ HSE standards on site and comply with clients HSE policy (where applicable) for all maintenance related work.
- He/She will be actively coordinating with onsite staff and supervisors to maintain the PV Plant according to international standards and equipment manuals.
- He/She will be responsible for reporting and logging of site activities.
- Data Analysis, report writing and plant troubleshooting is important part of routine activities
- He/She will also be preparing and delivering O&M trainings to current staff and clients on periodic repetitive basis.
- AM Maintenance will also participate in procuring of O&M equipment/material and keeping inventory.
- Apart from normal working hours, he/she will be required to monitor plants and rectify shutdowns on Sundays and/or non-office hours. He/She will have to coordinate with clients and onsite team at odd timings to resolve plant issues.
Apart from O&M activities he/she may also have to participate in:
- Occasionally, conducting site audits to collect structural, electrical, and related site information for use in the design of solar power systems.
- Review of B.O.Qs, Drawings and design simulation reports
- Assist in preparation of project design, contract drawings and financial estimation
- Office work
