Discription:
- Provide Technical support to staff and customers
- Organizing, attending and participating in Job/Project related meetings with client.
- Maintaining and monitoring Job/Project plans, Job/Project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Supervising job tasks as and when required.
- Developing job/project execution strategies.
- Ensuring Job/Projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each Job/Project.
- Assess Job/Project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Determining Job/Project work related variations.
- Formulate and make recommendations for implementations of corrective actions as and when needed.
- Manage and resolve vendor issues as they arise.
- Involve in the negotiation process with vendor as and when required.
- Responsible for all on site logistics and labor coordination including management of subcontractor.
- Provide weekly updates on the status of all assigned Job/Projects to the concern Head.
