About Us.
Sharpimport has been in business for past 13+ years in the USA. We're an E-commerce business with 3 Wholesale Websites, 2 Retail Websites.
We're looking for experienced customer service professionals with english proficiency & those who are willing to work the Night Shifts (6:30 pm - 3:30 am) Monday - Friday. Candidates who have prior experience in similar role will be giving preference.
Customer Services Representative: -
- Need candidate with strong written and spoken English skills.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or promotions.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and resolve.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Handle grievances / issues to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Candidate with sales background will be given priority.
Office Hours :-
Monday to Friday 6:30 pm - 3:30 am ( 1 Hour Break )
Saturday - Sunday (Holiday)
