- Looking for effective communicators to form a new team of empathetic, supportive customer support gurus for a new communications system.
- This position will put you at the forefront of service delivery in the online age, and will require a high degree of understanding of the system that you will be providing support for.
- Extensive onboarding and hands-on training will be provided to ensure that you are able to provide the very best of support.
- Part of your role will also involve proactively getting in touch with new and prospective clients
- who are interested in the system, and using your unique position as someone who understands the ins and outs of the systems to demonstrate to them how our system can help them.
- Prior experience in a support, sales or client-side communications role will help you, but is not mandatory.
- The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a good grasp on both spoken and written American English.
- This job will require the candidate to work in Eastern Time (GMT -5), from 9am to 5pm.
