We are looking for a creative, driven and independent graphics designer responsible for designing engaging and interactive content for a variety of applications, with a view to providing consistency across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with design suite such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver, and will be willing to learn and adapt themselves to new technologies and suites as and when the need arises. A strong intrinsic design sense, keeping a finger on the pulse of prevailing aesthetic trends and the ability to work well with teams internally and clients externally will help succeed in this position.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Dreamweaver in creating new designs, as well as editing existing content
- Experience designing and presenting data in a graphical format such as infographics, tables and graphs
- Backend experience working with HTML/CSS
- Experience using frontend design tools to generate illustrations to accompany
- A good idea of building Responsive Design content
- Strong ability and drive to learn new technologies and business functions
- High level of responsive customer service skills
- Ability and adaptability to work under deadline pressure
- Ability to work independently as well as communicate within a team environment.
- Strong command for typography, colour management, and ability to think creatively
- Snapshot of your Responsibilities:
- Designing new content based on a brief provided, in a format appropriate for the context and audience
- Editing existing content to meet changing needs
- Ongoing evaluation of live content to ensure a high degree of performance and functionality
