We Are Recruiting Deputy Manager:
- To assist the regional manager in achieving business goals and revenue targets.
- Overseeing operations and setting performance objectives.
- Helping marketing team in developing marketing operational plan as derived from the approved marketing strategy
- To evaluate effectiveness of marketing activities and recommend improvements and also contribute to the enhancement of SMGC’s value proposition to its stakeholders.
- To ensuring that marketing campaigns are effectively and efficiently executed in that the overall objectives are achieved, deadlines are met, and budgets are managed effectively
- To maintain and develop both existing and new customer relationships, communicating regularly with customers (newsletters, mail-shots, brochures).
- As per approved plan, roll-out marketing activations across a range of media (including print and electronic media). This involves initial research, objective setting, developing marketing briefs, briefing agencies and other suppliers, overseeing the creative and production process, and monitoring and evaluating the results.

Requirements:
- Minimum bachelors.
- 3 years’ experience in a managerial role with a reputed organization.
- 3 years’ sales experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, public speaking, and leadership skills.
- Excellent management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Confident and goal-oriented.
Salary:
Rs160,000/- per month during probation.
Will be increased to 180,000/- per month upon successful completion of probation period.
