We are a USA Based BPO looking for young, Bright and Ambitious Male/Female Customer Services Executives to join our friendly and exciting call center Saddar, Rawalpindi.

Night Shift

Requirements:

Outbound Call Center Temp to hire position Hours: Monday - Friday, 8PM – 5AM 

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

● Providing outstanding customer service to all customers in a professional and courteous manner 

● Data and order entry 

● Handling a high volume of outbound calls 

● Reaching out to customers regarding orders, deliveries, inquires, etc. Requirements: 

● Clear and professional speaking voice/telephone manner 

● Excellent customer service skills 

● Bilingual a plus 

● Proficiency in basic PC applications and MS Word, Excel and Outlook 

● Ability to perform basic math skills 

● Problem solving skills 

● Excellent attention to detail 

● Sound decision making skills 

● Work well in a team environment 

Fresh candidates:  15K-20K basic depending upon caliber.

Experience Candidates: 25K-45K Basic depending on experience/skills.
