Job Description

Responsibility

  • Assisting and supporting the partner to undertake all tasks efficiently and effectively, as and when required
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments and timesheet management 
  • Inbound telephone call management and priorities meeting timetables 
  • Dealing with incoming email, post, and corresponding on behalf of the Partner wherever possible
  • Proactively managing files and draft letters to ensure they are complete
  • Carrying out research on ad-hoc projects and present findings 
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, utility providers and other team members
  • Providing assistance to other Partners when necessary 
  • Organizing events and client meetings 
  • Providing assistance with tasks/queries within the firm
  • Implement and maintain administrative systems 
  • Building maintenance and liaising with maintenance companies for Northgate and St Andrew’s House
  • Support for marketing events 
  • Data entry into CCH software 
  • LinkedIn management 
  • CRM management 

Must-Have:

  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • presentable Personality. 
  • Excellent Email Drafting Skill. 
  • Must have past experience of working with CEO.
