Sheliz Aplam Housing (PVT) Limited is looking for Marketing Manager with minimum five Years of experience in the related field.

Develop and execute a Marketing and Promotions and strategy for SAHPL, including marketing releases and website updates.
Research new methods and processing opportunities for the different products
Support the development of new and improved services as a result of strategic R&D investment.
Develop the relevant products in line with the marketing of the wider MIDCITY group of companies.

Develop mechanisms / strategy to improve the ‘Brand Value’ of SAPHL’s products to its key accounts.
Provide specialist marketing support to the SAHPL business unit in the promotion and sale.
Coordinate and manage all communication to customers and other parties, on all products, products price movements and supply.
Develop relationships with media, event management, PR firms and other relevant parties.
Support SLT and SAHPL’s staff with preparation of proposals and presentations.
Work with Director Marketing and Sales and Manager M & S to identify competitor trends
Coordinate with dealers, sales channels & marketing department fulfilling their marketing needs
Ensure all website data is up to date according to the marketing material
Provide exclusive assistance to the departments and dealers network in execution of marketing strategy
