• Lead strategic business plan and build out social strategy for our Software Product.
• Day-to-day platform management, which includes creating, writing, and publishing posts across all social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Meta/FB, Instagram, Twitter, Snap, etc.).
• Create and manage social calendar; keeping social calendars up to date.
• Community management, engaging with Fanatics Trading Cards’ passionate fans & followers.
• Strategically identify talent and influencers for brand campaigns and programs that maximize ROI and achieve campaign KPIs.
• Manage existing and develop new relationships within the digital influencer community (content creators, platforms, agencies, managers, etc.).
• Partner and maintain relationships with key licensors, understanding their business and position and how it intersects with Enterprise Software.
• Social content management: create efficient social content management system and act as the central point of contact for social content to flow through.
• On the ground executor for product launches, campaigns, and any posting requirements.
• Build engaging content based on what’s buzzing/trending.
• Use social tools to monitor online trends and bring relevant online conversations around events or hashtags.
• Ideate social concepts and bring them through to completion.
• Coordinate creatives and calendars with internal and any external licensing partners.
• Analyze performance of all social handles/presence and craft reporting strategy.
• Work with manager to build a social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
• Create and implement a proactive social media marketing plan.
• Organize and execute a robust content calendar across social media platforms.
• Build and maintain company social media pages and profiles.
• Collaborate with the product development team to create social media campaigns to announce and build awareness for new products.
• Monitor activity across platforms, engaging where appropriate and elevating to leadership where necessary.
• Explore new and emerging social media platforms and assess suitability for our Enterprise Software Brand.
• Create a wide range of content, including infographics, videos, ads, thought leadership pieces, etc.
• Provide regular updates of relevant metrics (traffic, demographics, engagement, effectiveness) to drive decision-making.
• Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach.
• Develop and drive lead-generation activities on select social platforms.
• Collaborate with digital specialist to execute social media advertising.
• Provide a thorough and realistic analysis of the return on investment for social media engagements.
