• Provide active support in development and designing of fundraising campaigns.
  • Deliver presentations to donors/ clients in meetings/ events.
  • Develop and maintain donor liaison in support with Client Relationship Executive.
  • Lead project management office and Coordinate internal/external execution of Campaigns and departmental coordination.
  • Ensure resource availability and maintain expense.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Track Campaigns performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Develop account reconciliations, journal entries, data compilation and analyses ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Develop regular financial statements, prepare special projects and perform analysis for senior management.
  • Design periodical, weekly, monthly and quarterly fundraising reports and administer general ledger reconciliations with finance department.
  • Develop and manage action plans in order to implement the projects in accordance with SOPs.
  • Coordinate and provide administrative support to all team members.
  • Ensure SOPs implementations and smooth administration process.
  • Monitor and ensure departmental expenses in according to the allocated budget.
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
  • Manage and develop existing partnerships.
  • To develop and maintain a strong and professional image of Shifa Foundation among relevant donors and partners.
  • Supervise, maintain and update client databases.
  • Sourcing and securing sponsorship.
  • To conducting market research, for example using donor questionnaires and focus groups.
  • To contribute to, and develop; marketing plans and strategies.
  • Assist line manager in conducting their responsibilities strategies.
  • Responsible for overall coordination of the department.
  • Responsible of all administrative matters and expense reporting related to departmental level expenses in close coordination with Lead. 
  • Any other official task assigned by the Lead, COPCS.
