¨ Oversee Shifa Foundation hiring processes
¨ Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview applicants in close consultation with line managers.
¨ Ensuring all recruitment is being handled transparently and all positions are closed in time.
¨ Responsible for preparation of monthly payroll and salary sheets for Shifa Foundation head & field office staff.
¨ Facilitate staff with respect to medical claims and coordinate with the insurance company for timely claim statement
¨ Dealing with life insurance cases for all staff.
¨ Contribute to the budget preparation and review process through an analysis of staffing pattern and needs of Shifa Foundation
¨ Conduct verification of employment and degree and criminal record
¨ Responsible for conducting performance appraisal organization-wide of all employees and also oversees the probationary evaluation process and contract extension and closures.
¨ Plan, direct and coordinate human resources activities and staff of Shifa Foundation
¨ Handle staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures.
¨ Responsible for developing, reviewing and revising HR related policies to ensure regularity.
¨ Responsible for promoting workplace safety & security of Shifa Foundation staff
¨ Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs
¨ Conduct/ arrange in-house/ external trainings
¨ Develop testing and evaluation procedures for training effectiveness
¨ Ensure effective on-boarding including welcoming/ orientation, connecting & integrating all new hires of Shifa Foundation
¨ Within the scope of responsibility, provide information and general assistance to the employees regarding human resources policies and procedures; answer questions and general guidance on policy issues and orienting staff during onboarding.
