- Meeting and giving presentations to businesses, shopkeepers, shopping malls, traders associations and community groups about Shifa Foundation's mandate, vision mission and projects.
- Placing donation boxes in the businesses, shops, restaurants and shopping malls in Faisalabad area.
- Replacing donation boxes, counting cash, receipting donations, making MS excel reports on regular basis according to collection mechanism.
- Making follow up visits to businesses where boxes have been placed to empty donations and maintaining them for further use.
- Maintaining accurate records of how much each collection box placed raises.
- Banking income and providing detailed report of income to finance dept. and Manager Community Development and team within agreed timelines.
- Encourage traders to display posters from time to time to promote fundraising events in their area.
- Responsibility of maintaining, cleaning and repairing donation boxes.
- Coordinating with town development committees, establishing stalls, helping in meetings and events.
- To explore new avenues of Fundraising.
- To identify needs of community & engage them.
- Any other official task assigned by the Line Manager.
