- The Coordination Officer is responsible to ensure the identification and mapping of COVID-19 tests and vaccination centers.
- Responsible to organize and attend meetings with project stakeholders such as parliamentarians, celebrities, community leaders, line departments etc. and record minutes/ maintain attendance sheet accordingly.
- The coordination officer is responsible to ensure the project activities assigned to him/ her are implemented successfully and in timely manner.
- Support Project Manager and Program teams in creating, organizing, and spreading advocacy messages/ IEC materials in order to mobilize the community for COVID tests and to get vaccinated against COVID-19.
- Ensure that project activities are adhered to the Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP) and all documents and records are well maintained for each activity.
- Prepare presentations on project activities and achievements for internal and external meetings.
- To ensure that the project activities are well planned within the available budget and resources.
- Support the Media Team in preparing press release.
- Maintain working lesions with concerned government line departments to ensure the smooth implantation of assigned activities.
- Ensure proper advocacy through community engagement and community sessions.
- Ensure documentation and timely reporting on project activities to Project Manager and Program Teams.
- Support Project Manager in preparing weekly, fortnightly and monthly reports for the donors, finance and program teams.
- Encounter project risks, issues and challenges and suggest solutions.
- Provide support and assistance to Project Manager and Program team with the planning and implementation of project activities, reporting and record keeping, and coordination of resources and equipment.
- Any other task assigned by the Project Manager and Program Teams
