- Collect mail from admin and deliver at respective locations.
- Follow strictly SF policies, particularly security, safety and confidentially.
- Strictly Follow traffic/ regulations and inform admin office in case of any problem faced.
- Take care of Organization vehicle, maintenance and keep the vehicle clean on daily basis.
- During specific SF campaigns preform other duties as directed by the supervisor.
- Available for extra duty when required.
- Assist in loading unloading on need basis.
- Assist in bank related Works/Task as requested by the finance department and directed by admin office.
- Maintain vehicle log book on daily basis and counter sign by Admin.
- Serve tea to guest and SF employee on daily basis.
- Assist the receptionist when required.
- Inform admin officer about registration renewal, and POL (Petrol, Oil, lubricant).
- Any other official task assigned by the Line Manager
