We are looking for an experienced Manager Finance for SIHT Private Limited (sister Company of Shifa International Hospitals Limited).
- Preparation / Review of Financial Statements
- Preparation / presentation of Annual Budget
- Coordination with banks regarding maintenance of accounts and compliance with state bank regulations
- Preparation of Variance Budget Vs Actual for Board of Directors
- Coordination with internal Auditor & Compliance
- Finalization of Financial Reports and external audit;
- Coordination / Compliance of legal Obligation i.e. Income Tax, EOBI & Tax Consultant
- Coordination with FBR regarding Tax Audits / Queries.
- Coordination with external auditors
- Verification and approval of monthly payroll
- Finalization of Monthly Bank reconciliations,
- Coordination with related parties for reconciliations
- Assist / counsel the finance department in preparation of reports i.e. Budget, departmental reports etc.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
