The Human Resource Manager at Shifa Foundation would be expected to perform and/or oversee all functions of HR as Business Partner viz. Recruitment and Selection, Training and Capacity Building, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Policy Development, Employee Relations and Strategic HR Planning. Hands on experience of working with Competency based HR Systems and advanced HR Systems would be an added advantage. Remuneration for the right candidate depends on experience in developing and implementing HR Systems. Shifa Foundation provides with a very congenial yet learning environment.
The right candidate would be holding a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a graduation preferably in life sciences coupled with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. Demonstrated ability to learn is a must.
