- To conduct growth-monitoring program to facilitate child development.
- To manage sick child based on Integrated Management of Childhood Illness (WHO) guidelines.
- To monitor Health Education activities and breast feeding practices.
- To be responsible for nutritional assessment of children and PLW’s.
- To identify malnourished children and PLW’s according to protocol.
- To provide nutrition and health education to all program beneficiaries.
- To manage beneficiary’s record and fill their mandatory templates.
- undertake anthropometric screening, identify children with malnutrition and provide appropriate nutritional and medical support as the protocol.
- To properly record, document and report the program activities
