- Proficient in developing proposals by assembling information including project nature, objectives/outcomes/deliverables and implementation methods within stipulated timelines.
- Accountable for creating and delivering a winning proposal for each assigned opportunity and ensuring full compliance to RFP requirements.
- Develop technically relevant and accurate written content.
- Be quick and thorough in developing response to RFP.
- Identification of potential partners/donors for future funding opportunities and to explore new opportunities in development sector.
- Liaise with Head of Program (Head Office) and ensure the program strategy, objectives and activities are understood and agreed and appropriate communication channel is in place.
- Ensure effective dissemination of practical guidance, best practices and lessons learnt at all levels within the organization and key stakeholders.
- Participate in regular program internal and external meetings, communications mechanisms, as appropriate.
- Assist Program team in planning and developing promotional and visibility material.
- Ensure that assessment/research conducted within a set time frame to meet Program requirements and deadlines.
- Oversee and collect qualitative (FGDs in-depth interview) and quantitative data collection at the field level when needed.
- Analyze and develop assessment reports on qualitative and quantitative findings.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and establish excellent relationships with team members.
- Any other task assigned by Public Health and Nutrition Specialist.
