• Collaborate with senior management to develop, implement and evaluate strategic policies that align with corporate objectives
  • Conduct research and analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
  • Provide recommendations on strategic initiatives, including new services, partnerships, and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to develop policy frameworks and guidelines
  • Develop strategies to communicate policies to relevant stakeholders and ensure their proper implementation
  • Identify areas where policies can be improved and work with relevant departments to address any issues
  • Work closely with hospital executives and department leaders to ensure alignment with the strategic plan and the achievement of business objectives.
  • Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure the success of the hospital's strategic plan and provide regular updates to the CEO and other stakeholders.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of policies and make recommendations for improvements
  • Monitor policy development and implementation across the organization
  • Liaise with external stakeholders to keep abreast of policy changes and ensure compliance
