Responsibilities:
- Develop, review and update financial models, conduct benchmarking, and process analysis for existing & new investments.
- Prepare and review projections for future planning & forecasting.
- Analyze and organize raw data to prepare financial models for decision support.
- Identify the differences between planned financial outcome and actual financial outcome and monitor the performance of each department through the preparation of monthly "Budget Variance Report".
- Develop and monitor systems for improvements.
- Supervise the working of costing department staff regarding procedure and package costing, price updation, discussion with doctors, package deal variation, cash charge master updating etc. so as a reviewed final product is available for decision making.
- Monitor credit card transactions and supervise cash disbursements.
- Monitor daily activity of Cash Department including cash disbursement on account of salary to employees.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement for all tasks.
- Deal with all cashiers regarding cash related problems.
Skills:
- Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market & business environment.
- Proven knowledge of financial forecasting & diagnosis, corporate finance & information analysis and excellent spreadsheet modelling skills.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Possess working experience of treasury functions.
- Ability to work on multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
