Job Responsibilities:
- Establish, maintain & oversee the designated pharmacy service day to day operations & regulatory requirements of SIH procedures and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy procedures in order to ensure safe, efficient and quality services.
- Closely review stock usage, prescribing patterns and prescription bounce data to ensure the availability of all required items at all times.
- Setup, maintain stringent controls for inventory loss/theft, and float money, local purchases, cash management and staff tardiness/absenteeism.
- Oversee the effective management of inventory and expiry including audits preparation for departments like finance/internal audit/quality assurance / DRAP.
- Periodically review business model, propose viable improvement strategies in order to retain customers, increase sales volumes, customer satisfaction and provide new venues for business promotion.
Requirements:
- Prior experience of new business development is desired.
- Prior knowledge of IT bases Pharmacy systems.
- Practical knowledge of a big hospital or retail Pharmacy will be a plus.
- Willing to travel within Pakistan.
- Knowledge and implementation of International Best Practices in Pharmacy.
