Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing marketing strategy for the brand by utilizing Integrated Marketing Communications.
- Ability to develop and implement result oriented & target market specific campaigns & programs for the assigned service lines to increase utilization, profitability and patient loyalty.
- Working with creative and media production teams for developing design layouts & audio visual (AV) content for publications, social media and other ATL & BTL platforms.
- PR and corporate communication with internal and external stakeholders for potential collaborations&joint ventures
- Marketing analytics to measure and manage performance of assigned service lines for data driven decision making and developing project feasibility studies.
- Supervising and managing the assigned departmental resources and team effectively.
General Requirements:
- Excellent verbal & written, analytical, creative writing, presentation, & public speaking skills.
- Ability to work as per KPI’s in defined timelines.
- An initiator and implementer who can lead and execute the assigned projects independently.
- Knowledge of social media & digital marketing platforms and their functionality.
- A team player with positive work attitude and friendly nature.
