Recovery Officer:
- Deliver/ dispatch the finalized invoices to the panel clients & file office copies of invoices to maintain office record.
- Prepare and maintain portfolio accounts, record adjustments/revisions, payments received, payments in transition, O/S payments, client wise ageing of receivables and periodic portfolio reports.
- Ensure timely receipt, verification/ approval by the concerned panel authorities and track payment to ensure the recovery in prescribed time
- Make recoveries and collections of recoverable from panel companies
- Collect and submit tax challans and certificates from the panel organizations
Billing Officer:
- Facilitate customers in a professional manner and render required information
- Seek identification, approval / authorization and referrals from clients to process claims / bills
- Prepare and finalize in-patient bill(s) in line with services rendered and available credit limit
- Review patient’s bills for accuracy and generate invoices
- Make collections and recoveries for outstanding / payable amount, if any
- Coordinate with relevant / concerned departments to streamline operations and facilitate customers
- Maintain all billing record
